Privacy policy

This policy explains how Software Factory processes personal data submitted through the contact form on softwarefactory.guru.

Controller

The controller is Software Factory, contact: kontakt@softwarefactory.guru.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the form data (name, email, optional company, message) to reply to your enquiry. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) — pre-contractual steps or legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry.

Recipients

We use Cloudflare for hosting, Turnstile on the form, and — where used — sending messages. Cloudflare acts as a processor.

Retention

We keep messages in the inbox for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up work, and no longer than 24 months after the last contact unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Polish DPA (UODO). Providing data is optional, but we cannot reply without an email and a short description.
